(1) The relevant body should identify and prepare a list of projects that can be implemented in public-private partnership.
(2) When preparing the list according to sub-section (1), the concerned body shall determine the priority based on whether or not there is a study including survey of the project and other details as specified.
(3) While identifying the project and determining the list according to this section, the Board may be consulted on technical and financial matters.
